    Your feedback means the world to us, sales have been very poor this year and we have not been able to get as much positive feedback to keep a true seller rating % score more reflective of the true integrity of the business and now it is distorted by toxic customers who handled their queries very immaturely for unwarranted reasons. We have been doing this for so long and so undeserving of eBay punishing our business

    I contacted the seller that the glasses were poorly packaged & 2 arrived broken. The seller refused to accept responsibility & wanted me to ship her back the 2 broken glasses. My other option was that she would give me a discount for the 2 unbroken glasses. The unbroken shot glasses were stacked inside one another & are completely inseparable. Instead of refunding me the entire cost, she threatened me w/Ebay policies. Avoid this seller!

    This feedback is a flat out slanderous lie. First off we gave the buyer a good deal on this item only charging $1 plus shipping. We accepted responsibility and tried to find a resolution with the buyer offering either a partial refund of the majority of the order cost if they wanted to keep it and simply informed them the per eBay policy to get a full refund they must put in a return request and send the item back. The buyer took no action and left a negative feedback out of spite. Toxic Buyer.

    This is one great seller! She answered my questions about color and texture right away and when I won the auction, she mailed it immediately and advised me it was on the way. She packaged the beautiful shawl in such a way that it was a very small package thus, I am sure , reducing the ever rising USPS postal rates. Very reasonable rates as well. I am very pleased with this purchase.
