  Purchased on the 20th of May, received Tracking number right away. After 7 days and NO tracking movement I contacted them about my order. I was told that the Tracking label was misplaced, but they would mail out ASAP. Took a total over 10 days to receive my product. They did enclosed another unit, but you can only use 1 at a time and they last a long time. Should have issued me a full or particle refund.
