  Item was broken when arrived and picture clearly showed it was not. Box was in perfect condition so part was clearly broken when packaged. Description said in good condition. I contacted seller; trying to be nice, I said I understand things happen, and I asked for a partial refund $10 (to buy replacement clip). I said I would even accept one from their shop as they also sell these clips. I received no response. Part wasn’t super expensive but I might as well have just burned a $20 bill.

I am sorry about this. I went ahead and cancelled. It was in a large box and it was put behind my car and rest is history. I am very sorry for this!   Sorry we were not able to send you the pillow, due to it was damaged, yes we do get a tracking number posted and it does take up to 48 hours to get to post office . No dishonesty here. Also, when a order is cancelled ebay automatically will relist your item. In this case we were not aware of it and shortly took damaged item off ebay. Sorry there is no need to be dishonest here, we damaged your item by mistake, we only are sorry not trying to be dishonest. You were refunded in full. thank you.
