  There was a small problem with the packaging, cheap products were used to send it and the package broke open and product was lost. Seller was quick to respond and correct the situation. I believe the seller is a off shore seller and has no direct connection with the products or the way the product is packaged...

  Item did not match the description, the box they sent had no stickers identifying the different washer sizes. But the product is there. I may use my home printer and print my own label out for the box. Shipping was fairly quick. The seller kept sending me a bunch of unwanted, annoying, messages to my inbox about irrelevant stuff the entire ordering process, I ignored them.
