  This guitar is very beautiful, I love it and it is made really well. The box arrived in perfect condition, with no gouges or dents. Seller was quick to answer any questions I had before ordering, and even sent more pictures to view full extent of the guitar. Seller was great to deal with and I would buy again. Highly recommended. And a really great price for this guitar.

  prompt friendly professional service... excellent communication... guitar shipped in molded styrofoam box instead of cardboard box... 14 day delivery thru ups / ups is good but their tracking information doesnt start until the package gets to usa california and they did not scan it as "delivered" even tho it was delivered to my house

  The guitar arrived way faster than expected! However, when I informed them it was short scale (not as advertised) they offered me a partial refund & allowed me to keep the guitar. I'm going to try & sell it here in the states. They were willing to work with me & were very transparent (aside from not mentioning the scale). I would shop with them again

  The OM-42 was delivered in four days. It was well-packed, and easy to unpack. A pair of scissors was all that was required. It's appearance was just as pictured in the online sales photo. We often hear about the $300 guitar. Well, this is the best $300 guitar I've ever played. It appears to be of very good quality woods. Good sound, a solid finger-picking guitar. If I had the opportunity I would definitely buy from the seller again. Classic.tune is a great seller on e-bay.
