    After careful questioning, seller told me this was the part I needed. Then when delivered, it wasn't. I told them it was not what I needed, and they told me to start a case, send it back, and they'd refund. I did that, they refused refund. Finally had to resort to a chargeback.

    The item that was purchased by this buyer (woman) was the correct item for her vehicle, but after the buyer received the item, she requested the item that is different from the item that was listed and pictured in the listing. The buyer was blocked and reported to ebay customer service.
