  The item is fine and I’m sure years from now I’ll be glad to have as a keepsake and will hopefully only think back to the concert experience and won’t remember this transaction. Size is not quite what was expected, but I could have asked more questions about that prior to purchasing to adjust expectations. Waited 3 weeks before contacting the seller about ETA - not sure how long delivery would have taken if I didn’t do that. Turnaround time is less than satisfactory. Keep in mind if ordering.
