    Expensive item sent in cheap plastic sleeve mailer instead of in a box. Item box came destroyed and smashed practically flat. There was no bubble wrap or any kind of protective packaging put on. They simply put it in a flimsy plastic sleeve. Item packaging was opened and taped back shut when item was described as new. Was not even an authentic item to make matters even worse. If they make things right and accept a return I will update this feedback. Terrible experience.

    So, I’m a little torn because the box came in awful shape, like, terrible, but thankfully the doll inside was fine and even though it’s not a legitimate Labubu, it’s still a really good quality dupe. The box however looked awful and I was really nervous.
