We try to be as accurate as possible in our listing description to provide both superior items and customer service. The item you receive will be at least as good as described and shown in photos. In the rare case where an item has defects it is described and photographed to highlight any issues so you know exactly what you are buying. We have a simple 60 day money back return policy with no extra handling or restocking fees attached to it. Most of our items offer both free shipping and free return shipping for domestic shipments.
