    Excellent seller with great communication — highly recommended! The watch is stunning and exactly as pictured. There was a slight delay in shipping due to eBay’s authentication process and a minor listing detail (the crystal was replaced with a high-quality aftermarket one, which prevented 100% authentication), but none of that was the seller’s fault. Communication throughout was excellent, and the piece itself is outstanding. Very happy with the purchase and would absolutely buy again

    Communication wasn't the best. Though I can understand why, the seller didn't make it all work out in the easiest and most straightforward way for the me, the buyer, causing me to have a prolonged interaction with ebay support. Since the issue I'm referring to was at its core the result of my own error, I won't judge too harshly. Seller did follow through on fixing the issues that were a result of their error promptly, and item was as described.

    The timepiece is STUNNING!!! Exceeded my expectations. ChronocraftNYC was awesome and everything came as noted. The only problem I had was when FedEx delivered the package, they just left it on my porch and walked away. I didn't have to sign for it. That scares me a bit. I took off work to make sure someone was there to sign and he simply dropped of the package and walked away. Shame on FedEx..
