Delayed in shipping due to paper work as seller rarely ships to Canada, didn't print out all the paperwork. Seller's communication was lacking/poor. These one-day-at-a-time messages are not good for communication, long wait times between messages. Overall, neutral experience. Knowing all this, I would still okay in doing business with the seller in the future. Just need to adjust expectations.
