    Although the product was not the right one for me, and I requested to return the product, the vendor was very helpful in working with me for the return. To no fault of him, the request was very difficult to process due to EBay poor client service, in fact non existent. However the vendor compensated for this deficiency.     The aids that were shipped to me were determined to be defective. The seller did make it right with me by sending a second set. This set did work but keep in mind these are simple amplifiers and do not filter out outside noise which takes getting used to. Other than that they are not bad for the price you pay.
