  Love my new Samsung Galaxy 20 Ultra phone! Great quality, like new condition, open box but packaged perfectly! Best value I found compared to other sellers. Appearance is flawless!   Phone arrived in basically flawless condition, and was shipped quickly. The phone also arrived very well packaged; in bubble wrap and carefully packed in the box. One thing that did happen was the S-pen won't connect to the phone for air functions, but works for screen writing only. This model phone has a common issue with that so I don't fault the seller for s-pen issues. Overall I would recommend this seller and I had a great experience. Very satisfied.

  The phone was in very good condition, as described. It was a former display phone (I think), so it didn't have the original box. However, it was brilliantly packed in a hard plastic box that I'm keeping! I was very happy with the quality and value. The phone was cleaned and had protective plastic over it. The appearance was excellent.
