    Had an up and down experience with this seller but they had no problem making it right. Case was damaged during shipping due to packaging. They offered to accept a return but I needed the PC so I repaired it myself. I needed a little help with the licensing on the software which they helped me with and the sent me a slot blank to replace one I was unhappy with.

    This item works perfectly as advertised. The one I received has a different appearance than the one pictured in the listing but after communication with the seller I installed it in my Dell Optiplex 760 and it added three fully functional USB 3.0 ports. The seller is great to buy from and I would do so again.
