I ordered late in the season so I was especially interested in getting them on time. They were late, Two weeks after ordered & 5 days late. I contacted seller early on but he was quick to blame the postal service and wouldn’t try again without going through eBay resolutions for a $3.49 purchase! I didn’t want to wait several more weeks. Their envelope said hand cancel only and this seemed to be the hold up. If you order be prepared to wait and wait. More padding/regular mail?
