I was really concerned because I had bought another Cloisonné stool from a different seller and it arrived extremely damaged after being poorly wrapped. I asked for very specific photos and received them. This seller was patient with me and reassuring about my concerns. The item was wrapped very well and Wasn’t damaged at all in transit.
