I have no problem with the seller and have received quick responses for my questions. The seller has been excellent and swiftly issued the full refund with no complaints. Due to courier losing the parcel, I have no details for quality condition value or appearance. Seller has been professional about this and is totally not at fault.

    Item arrived quickly, it was unfortunately defective. The seller worked with me to troubleshoot the issue. It wasn't working or able to be fixed, however the seller made it right and I would consider purchasing from them in the future. Electronic items are subject to glitches and it is not the sellers fault, as they are not the manufacturer of the item. Seller stands behind their products and I appreciate it very much.
