  Item arrived well packaged and as advertised. Item was shipped promptly, but took almost a month to arrive at my US address through no fault of the seller. When the package hadn't arrived several days past expected delivery window, I emailed to let him know. He responded that US deliveries were taking longer than normal. He was right. Seller did everything properly. All's well that ends well. Happy with the stamps and the price! I'd recommend this seller.

  I received my purchase from chelseastamps today. The transaction was everything that I had expected from the supplier. The stamps were in excellent conditions. The envelope packaging meet with all the necessary safeguards to ensure that the postal delivery was protected from the heavy rain. I think that charging the normal Australian postage rates for my delivery and not inflation them to add to the overall price, as some seller do, gives a supplier creditbility. I'm a happy customer.
