  Rcvd item on time packed well. Initially had a few parts missing that weren t mentioned or shown in the ad, but we both missed this until after item arrived. Seller communicated to inquire about the problem, & we mutually decided on a solution acceptable to both of us. If Seller hadn t been watching comments & communicating well I d be stuck and not thrilled, but Seller did great job of recognizing the issues and offering several fair options, so he converted me to fan and hope to deal in future

  Pretty pleased with my purchase! The Leatherman Surge arrived quickly and is in excellent condition. It is missing the original file but I can’t really complain since it was never mentioned in the description or in the pictures! What was in the picture is exactly what I got, it came quick, and the seller was responsive. All in all, I would recommend this seller to others and I had an excellent experience.
