The 3 breakable items were shipped the same day of my purchase. Each item was packaged and wrapped in bubble wrap better than I could request for a fragile shipment. All three items arrived quickly, intact and with no leaking caps like many liquid items I have purchased in the past online. They offered a return but have gone almost 2 weeks without responding after I told them the item was opened before seeing it's the wrong model. I don't want to lose money from their false advertisement and have simply asked them to respond regarding the issue, which they fail to do.
