  When the saw, battery and charger arrived the battery did not work but after contacting the seller they offered to let me exchange it for a new one. I requested a 4ah battery as the one that the saw came with was a 2ah. They acknowledged the request and sold me the bigger battery at a very discounted price. Very pleased with this seller.

  There was no battery in the “package” as mentioned in the product description. And the package was just 2 shipping bags wrapped into each other. I assumed the product would be in a box. Perhaps that was wrong for me to assume but a box would’ve been nice.
