    item listed as new in package yet upon opening it, I quickly determine this was OLD stock. The plastic packaging was yellowed. The pencil had clearly been exposed to significant heat as the lip liner pencil had MELTED in the pencil. I sharpened the pencil regardless and it crumbled when applied. Obviously this was an innocent mistake as it was sealed in the package. The seller likely did not know. I did not ask for a refund as it was little money involved but recommended she discard any others.
