    Paint was shipped, but not packaged or protected correctly. Blew up in USPS transit. Heat? Handling? Inside of my mailbox is now "Old Equipment Yellow". Contacted the Seller immediately and repeatedly, sent photos. Cheap AF Retail said it has happened before, occasionally ... but nothing they will do about it! Do not expect to receive a clean new can of paint, expect to have a mess, clean it up, waste time, and then have a paint can that cannot be opened / closed / re-opened / re-closed.
