  Received frame with shattered glass and rear of frame not attached from improper packaing. Contacted seller to inform and told me to go file a claim. Informed them I was not the shipper and can’t file claim. Told me they would file claim and give claim number. Never received and no refund

  This is something I prefer to avoid, but I feel that you've left me with no choice.Now I can leave a clip of our messages,which shows that I've NEVER told you to go file your own claim,but you already know that.You're also bitter b/c I wouldn't pay out of my pocket for your order,and I told you I'd file a claim instead, also b/c the USPS would see, just as myself,it was a false claim and you wouldn't get paid. So you see, leaving me this negative feedback is all you have to get back at me

  I ordered a new pampering basket it stayed new and the picture looked really pretty. My basket first of all was not properly packed the items were old and not sealed they looked used a glass candle holder was broken throughout basket the lotions were not sealed and looked either evaporated or used the body scrub was leaking and the spray bottle was a quarter empty this shows signs of an old basket not new requesting a refill no reply yet of that not at all happy
