It took full estimated time to ship due to time of year (Christmas/winter weather) and distance but it was well worth the wait. Sellers communication was great, she answered my many questions and kept us up to date on shipping progress. The shipper had items protected very well and notified us a day in advance of delivery time.

Dressers were packed adequately but they came 2/3 of the way across the country on an open trailer ! Luckily they did not get wet and arrived in good condition. However they arrived 2 days earlier than stated while we were out of town and we had to arrange someone to meet the driver.
