  I never received this item, though according to tracking it was delivered. I reached out to the seller because the post office requires specific info to file a claim, such as what type of package it was shipped in and where it was shipped from. The seller responded eventually, but refuses to answer both of those questions so I cannot file a claim. I’m out the money and can’t do anything about it because of they won’t provide the info required by USPS. Frustrating experience.
