  This seller reached out to resolve the issues I had with my order. She had a hard time understanding with the language barrier, I tried to revise the previous feedback but it’s possibly too late. This seller, she tried her best as she sent me a replacement item. The item still arrived with multiple imperfections but I appreciate her effort and care she put into wrapping the head securely though differently so it would not risk skewing the faceup like it did before.
