    I have purchased from this seller many times but this time sent one wrong battery and they are taking long to resolve the problem. Poor communications, takes days to get a reply to request information about the order that they already have. Pictures of the package, tracking number, pictures of the shipping label. I don't understand. They can check their system to see that they sent me the wrong battery since they have serial numbers.
