    * Disappointed that there were important details not mentioned about that particular listing. Example - broken piece - Strong odor of cigarette. * The price was too high for the condition of the vacuum * Packing was careless. There was not enough packing material to prevent the vacuum from being tossed about - box was crushed. * Customer Service - overall not very pleasant

    Buyer failed to mention I sent a brand new wand to replace the small plastic tab that was missing over the button to release the wand. That was a minor cosmetic flaw. Listing did state smokers, packing materials and box meet shipping carriers requirements. I'm sorry they did not meet yours. As for the price, you knew the price before ordering.
