I've tried reaching out MANY times not only to Celox but also to Ebay customer service to get a shipping label to mail tie rods back for free since the description is false and YOU will be responsible for the $8+ shipping cost. Yup, that's right paying for their false description. The tie rods did not arrive in a box but in a bag. Don't buy!

Listing claimed would ship from Pacoima, CA, but shipped from Houston, TX. Meaning 5 days instead of 3-4 via USPS. Seller’s reply was to pay for upgraded shipping, but did not answer my question why shipping from wrong state. Had to wait until Saturday to get and install. Great price, fast turnaround out door, works fine, but kinda feel a little misled and lucky not to have more serious issues.
