Came to this store and contacted to verify an unopened, new phone. Was assured it was and purchased. Arrived and the plastic encasing the box was open. Box had dent in one of the corners. These had me nervous at this point. Opened the box and was happy to see phone and contents brand new and in tact. Phone has been flawless and have full confidence that I made the right decision. Would conduct business again.
