very good experience all around from start to finish. A+ for great care taken in packing and protecting a really nice cap. price was reasonable for an item not normally found in these parts. I feel so very bad. The seller's item was described as three books, of which I only needed one. She sent the one she thought had been listed as the was unaware her item was listed incorrectly. HOWEVER, it was the book I wanted! I sent her a message that I did not require a refund, but she refunded the charge anyway! I am sorry for the confusion and that she didn't get her money but I don't know how to "fix" that. Still, I'd buy from this seller anytime!

They shipped really quickly. I didn't realize that they were missing arms and a head and that makes them even more perfect. They described them showed a bunch of pictures. That was my mistake. The price was amazing. They came in a skin care box and that was confusing and I really wanted the soldiers not skin care but it was the perfect size box.
