  Packaging was excessive - had to saw open reams of tape as if it was an antique dish. But I'd prefer a safe and overpacked delivery to a broken one. Unfortunately the item was not as described. The seller neglected to share that the reason for the competitive price was that this book is a misprint. They almost certainly knew this, as it includes "correction" pages in the front cover, but removed what I found out was a small sheet explaining how this was a faulty printing. Felt dishonest.

  1. if the book was/is defective send it back for full refund...in the future ask the seller about a refund before placing feedback critique...2. are you really complaining about packaging done too well???
