About us

CD ROM Inc was founded in 1988 as an optical disc products company. We sold some of the first CD ROM drives, single speed, for $1000 and could not replentish inventory fast enough. We moved into DVD when they became available and also Blu Ray. We have multiple product lines under the CRI brand including high-end storage and duplication equipment. Devices to destroy classified and sensitive data on all forms of electornic media and most recenlty have introduced a series of products in the augmented and virtual reality spaces. We have an IT portfolio in 5 distinct fields of science and Government contracts including a 20 plus year GSA contract 47QTCA18D00FJ.
