  The laptop (Dell Precision 5560) was received professionally packed and in excellent condition, even better as noted in the eBay description. Seller was extremely responsive to an issue I had with the trackpad, which I was able to fix on my own by downloading a trackpad specific firmware update from Dell's website. Overall, fantastic experience with this seller.

  Not only did the package arrive sooner than expected everything is described was pristine condition devices were over 80% battery health and half of them were even updated to the newest software Chargers and packaging was placed nice and neat so as not to damage in transit will continue to do business with this seller in the future thank you so much for the outstanding customer service! 🙏

  I appreciated the great packing, which was needed given outer box was damaged. This kept computer in inner box safe. Item arrived in excellent condition as described. I've only had the computer up and running for under an hour, but very pleased so far and don't anticipate any issues. Computer even came with extra fan assemblies inside I wasn't expecting.
