    Item did come in slightly damaged and packaging was just a black plastic mailer bag with no bubble protection or anything. Perhaps some better packaging but communication was fair and item does work as described just some slight damage. *pieces in photos are the small clips so the case stays closed*

    This was shipped and delivered very quickly and was exactly as described. The company no longer makes this trigger point ball and it works better than the newer version. Once I realized I could not get the older version, I rushed to order a couple so I could keep one at home and work, and in case I lost one. Even though this was used, it was in good condition and works perfectly well.
