  Seller did a bait and switch, i did the buy it now for two pairs each and expected to get of the keypads in the pictures, then seller emailed me asking which one of the key pads i wanted? I said 2 of each , seller then canceled the sale said he tested them and they were defective?, ended up getting what i wanted from another seller with the same pictures and got 2 transmitter and 2 receiver keypads

  Upon further communication with seller who agreed to refund purchase price if Item was returned and inspected, I explained due to the significant cost of returning product vs purchase price was not equitable. Seller was agreeable to refund total purchase price with out physical return of the item. Issue resolved
