    Made an offer on the item, seller never responded. That's fine, so I bought it full price. Then the next day, without contacting me at all, the seller refunded my money and relisted the item (raised the price too, from $9.99 + free shipping to $8.50 + $3.75 shipping). I contacted the buyer to ask what was going on, why they basically hit "undo" on my purchase. They have not responded. Not cool that eBay lets them renege on a purchase, without any communication whatsoever.
