    I ordered white & silver vapormax. When arrived , shoes were NOT what I ordered. They are. Pastel blue. Seller only wanted to refund me 15 dollars , for a 170 dollar order. I was told it was “ lighting in picture that threw it off”…..( but they are clearly not white & silver. only reason I kept the shoes, because I didn’t want to wait 4 weeks for them to ship back , only to get sent wrong shoes AGAIN.

    Dear Customer: as we communicated, it's because of the light flection on the shoes, so may look different under different light. And I clearly communicated you can either chose to return it without any cost from your side, and I can issue you a return label, or if you want to keep it, we would like to issue you a 15$ refund as courtesy in order not to get a negative comment, obviously you got the courtesy credits and gave a negative comment. Thank you anyways!
