Recieved Command unit, prompt delivery and superbly packed. Unit advertised as fully working and tested. Unit installed by a specalist not local to me. Although visually perfect, nav hard dive and CD module did not work. Opted not to return unit to supplier but to use radio module from the bought unit and CD module from my unit comined to give me a working radio and CD player. Tried to recoup some of the cost from the supplier but they inisted I should return the whole unit for a full refund.

Hello, we are sorry to hear that your fitter considered there to be a fault. In situations like this we require the item to be returned to us for refund or replacement. The partial refund requested, more than half of the purchase price, was unfortunately not an option and did not form part of the returns policy agreed to upon purchase. You are of course still welcome to send the item back to receive a full credit.
