  Purchased these used shoes with very limited description and 5 photos. I received the shoes and there was a hole in one, very obviously left out of the 5 photos. Lace holders at the top of each shoe were also broken, again no mention of that in description. It took a week to get 75 miles up I-5 in Washington for about as much in gas as it takes me to drive it. Seller denied intentionally misleading me and refunded me. Thanks

  The teapot was not damaged, but both the outer and inner boxes were in very bad shape. The outer box was not strong enough. It looked as though other boxes had been setting on it. The inner box was crushed and wrapped all around with clear packing tape. The wording “Fragile” should have been written on the outside box. Overall, I’m glad that my teapot arrived in good shape! Shipping charge was too high and poor quality!
