  I purchased this item on July 30 and after more than 3 weeks it never arrived. Tracking has been stuck since August 5. Instead of helping resolve the issue, the seller kept pushing all responsibility onto me, even though I paid for home delivery. I explained my situation clearly, but seller refused to issue a refund or take real action with USPS. Communication was dismissive, leaving me without the item or my money. Very disappointing and unprofessional experience. Not recommended.

  Your package is awaiting pick-up at the post office. Why do you refuse to pick up your package? As I explained, the postmaster would hand deliver this package to your door, if you would simply call. Very strange!
