Now the deck is running great! The packaging was absolutely amazing! Even with that, however, the cassette holder arms had become misaligned in shipping. Max was awesome and said he would look at it asap at no cost. (I was able to push them back into place, so all is well.) But Max clearly stands behind his work and communication was great. A++
