The rug is lovely and communication was thorough, but I was shocked and dismayed at having to pay over £130 in customs fees! Looking back at the listing I couldn't find information about that. I would have thought the seller would have included those fees in the shipping cost.

This is a beautiful, quality item. I was worried about buying from overseas, but the seller contacted me immediately with confirmation and shipped right away. I received the rug well ahead of the expected ship date. It was nicely packaged for shipping. The colors are just what I was hoping for and matched the photos. The only detail is that the rug measures a little less than 7x7 feet. It is closer to 6.5 x 6.5. That works out OK for me but may make a difference to other buyers.
