The real test of service is when things go wrong. There was an error made in the address, however the seller was genuinely eager and helpful to fix any problems and make sure that I received the phone case. Arrived a week before Ebay's estimate, came in lovely packaging with an extra woven wrist-strap attachment, and the case itself looks amazing! It feels sturdy in my hand, and smells nice too :)
Would highly recommend- the cases are pricey, and that did make me think before buying, but I do feel the price is justified by the quality.
