    Item advertised as "new open box" Genuine HP transfer belt kit. I have purchased two other kits described the same on eBay without issue. This one came missing the secondary transfer roller. I contacted the seller and politely requested they either send me a roller or refund me $28 (the lowest price for a roller on eBay). They replied that I should have checked the photos carefully. I had, and assumed the roller was in the photo of the bag with all the pickup rollers. Avoid seller.
