The brochure was advertised as “good used condition” and it was soooo much more; looks like it just came from the showroom ! Ernie is a PRO with packaging: hardboard outer envelope with prominent “DO NOT BEND” labels front & back; the brochure itself was in a custom fit plastic bag ! He even included a personal “Thank You” note ! Communication was great, arrived on time… just delighted 😃
