Great ebayer, good to deal with, but was let down by the very poor delivery company UPS. UPS initially delivered the parcel to the wrong address, despite this being clearly marked on the package. Following numerous prolonged telephone conversations, UPS took more than 24 hours to retrieve rectify their incompetence but only because I followed up their activity by phone. UPS are wholly responsible for the unacceptable delay in my receipt of the package.

Purchased this for my Mk1 Evoque and it arrived well packaged next day by UPS. However, despite eBay advising it would fit the mounting bracket is completely different and I think this is for the Mk2 Evoques.
No problem though as the seller accepted the return and even refunded the full amount before I'd posted it back.
