The only non positive aspect of the whole experience was that the tracking said that the item had been delivered 36 hours before it actually appeared. This was obviously confusing and a bit stressful as I couldn't find the item - because it hadn't been delivered at that pointFortunately it appeared this morning. The tracking was run by the Amazon delivery service used in this transaction.
