Upon inspecting I found dirt (possibly mold) in the water reservoir and suction tube so I never used the unhygienic WP and requested a full refund. Seller offered less than 50% of what I paid, suggesting I keep it and just 'clean' it. They also admitted mixing up my order with a clean WP. I listed the item because it was sold to me as new - I should have opened the box because there was a small hole in the box and marked as damaged. I checked the hole and was certain it would not damage the product. I received the back - removed the paper tag and soil from the tube and sold it as refurbished.
